Truffle hot chocolate balls... don't those just sound yummy?! They sounded pretty simple, so I decided to try and make some. I'm glad I did. It's probably one of the best hot chocolate recipes I've come across and one of the easiest. No stove involved, just a microwave and fridge. Totally worth the little bit of effort it takes to make them.
If you like dark chocolate more, you could leave out the sugar, as she suggests, or use dark chocolate chips.
Double the recipe and give some as gifts or keep them for yourself. You won't be disappointed!
